How To Cancel MarketingSecrets.AI (And What You Get Back)
You can cancel MarketingSecrets.AI from the Billing tab in your account or by emailing support. The part most people miss is the notice window: 24 hours before a trial ends, 10 days before a renewal. This page walks through both routes, the exact rules from the terms of service, and what a refund looks like, which in most cases is nothing.
Who we are: MarketingSecretsAI.com is an independent review site. We cannot see or change your account. For any action on your subscription, contact MarketingSecrets.AI support at support@marketingsecrets.com. Our login help page lists the official sign-in route.
The Short Answer
- Billing tab. Sign in, open Billing from your account menu, find the Marketing Secrets Core subscription, choose cancel, confirm. Keep the confirmation email.
- Email. Write to support@marketingsecrets.com from the address on the account and ask to cancel. This is the route the terms of service name, so use it as well whenever a billing date is close.
During the 14-day trial, either route in time means $0. After a charge, cancelling stops the next bill and refunds nothing on the last one.

Route 1: Cancel From The Billing Tab
Billing for MarketingSecrets.AI runs through ClickFunnels, which is why the billing screen looks like a ClickFunnels account page even if you never bought ClickFunnels.
- Sign in to your MarketingSecrets.AI account.
- Open your account menu and go to Billing.
- Find the subscription line for Marketing Secrets Core ($97 a month, or the trial countdown if you are still inside the 14 days).
- Choose the cancel option and confirm.
- Wait for the confirmation email. No email within a few minutes means the cancellation did not save. Try again, then use Route 2.
Route 2: Cancel By Email
Section 7 of the terms of service says a cancellation request goes to support@marketingsecrets.com. Send it from the email address on the account so support can match it without a back-and-forth. A short message works:
Subject: Cancel my Marketing Secrets subscription
Please cancel the Marketing Secrets Core subscription on this account (name on the account, account email). Please confirm by reply with the effective date.
Keep the reply. If a charge lands after the date in that reply, the email is your evidence.
The Notice Windows In The Terms
These come from marketingsecrets.com/terms, section 7, read on November 2, 2026. The product pages say "cancel anytime", and that is true, but the terms attach timing to it.
| Situation | What the terms say | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|
| Inside the 14-day free trial | Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. A reminder email goes out at least 7 days before the first charge. | Decide by day 12. Do not wait for the reminder. |
| Monthly subscription after the trial | At least 10 days' notice by email before the first day of the next subscription month. Less notice and the card "may still be charged". | Cancel right after a bill lands, not the week before the next one. |
| Annual subscription | Same 10 days' notice. Cancelling mid-year earns a credit toward other Marketing Secrets services, not a refund. | There is no annual plan on sale as of November 2026, so this only applies to older accounts. |
| Discounted subscription | The company "may charge a cancellation fee equal to the amount the subscription was discounted". | The $97 plan has no discount, so this should not apply. Check your order if you bought through a promotion. |
| Price change | The company can change the monthly rate, must notify you by email, and must give you a chance to cancel. | Read billing emails. A rate change is a cancellation window. |
Refunds: What Exists And What Does Not
- Trial. The trial is $0 at checkout. Cancel in time and there is nothing to refund. This is the only free exit.
- Subscription charges. The terms say you are "not entitled to prorate" the last month and get no refund on payments already made. If you missed the window, the charge stands and your access runs until the end of that billing cycle.
- Physical goods. Books and other hard goods from Marketing Secrets have a 30-day return window, requested in writing to support, with the item sent back in like-new condition.
- Chargebacks. Contact support before disputing a charge with your card issuer. A dispute on a charge the terms allow can close the account and does not get the money back faster.
What You Lose And What You Keep
Cancelling ends access to the workspace at the end of the paid period: Brain's memory of your business, the Attractive Character you trained, the Dream 100 board and the training library. Anything you exported stays yours. Before you cancel, download the email sequences, scripts and ad copy you still use, and copy the Attractive Character notes into a document. Rebuilding that context is the slowest part of a restart.
Can You Come Back?
Yes, at $97 a month from the first day. The terms rule out a second free trial for previous subscribers and for anyone who already used one. If you are on the fence, pausing is not offered, so the cheaper move is to use the full 14 days before deciding rather than cancelling early and restarting later.
Before You Cancel
Three reasons people cancel, and the check for each:
- Credits ran out. The plan includes 1,000 a month. Auto Top-Off adds more without a plan change. If you are hitting the limit, the tool is doing work for you; the question is whether the work is worth more than the top-off.
- The output sounds like Russell, not like you. Spend one session on the Attractive Character module before you decide. It is the lever that changes the voice of every other writer.
- Price. Add up what you pay for ChatGPT, Claude and an image tool. If it is under $97 and you rarely use them, cancel. If it is near $97 and you use them daily, the shared memory is the thing you would be giving up. Our review and pricing page lay out the math.
Not a member yet and reading the exit before the entrance? Sensible. The 14-day trial is $0 today, then $97 a month, with the cancellation rules above.
How we wrote this: the notice windows, refund rules and trial eligibility come from marketingsecrets.com/terms (section 7, read November 2, 2026). The Billing tab route is the one the product's own pages describe. We earn a commission if you start a trial through our links; we earn nothing when you cancel.
